The staff, room, pool, grounds, and location were all amazing at Wildland Resort in Phu Quoc. The reception guy was especially nice. The room/bungalow was big and clean with a cute porch. The pool was nice and the hotel grounds and garden were beautiful. The location was perfect for relaxing away from the town.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had clean rooms, great facilities, good parking, and helpful staff. the location was amazing, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. the pool area was pretty and offered a nice spot to cool off. It was great that the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the airport.
The location was terrible. the only way to access the hotel was by a bumpy, dirt road that was difficult to navigate.

The location of this resort is quite ideal as it's quiet and located right by the beach. the staff are generally nice and welcoming too. the rooms are average with basic amenities and could use a bit more cleaning. the daily towel and water bottle change service is a good thing to have. the resort has a pool and bar located by the beach which are quite nice.
The food at the resort's restaurant is not really appealing and the quality could be improved.

Spent a lovely xmas with the family appreciating the lush surroundings and the pristine pool. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay a great experience. Loved playing on the beach and exploring the island from the quiet location of the hotel. The French fries were among the best tasted in Vietnam, and the fresh smoothies were unbeatable.
The beach was small and turpid, which left us disappointed. The terrible access road made for a bumpy and uncomfortable ride.
